After Defence and Railways, Waqf Board comes in third place in property ownership in India. This is not possible in one or two days, it is because of the efforts made by previous Congress governments by giving extra powers to the waqf board. Waqf Board is running a parallel government in India where they are having their own tribunal courts and they have the power to order district magistrates to resolve any land dispute. And they are misusing their powers to encroach public properties.
The Waqf Board members are working very silently to encroach public and private properties illegally. The government is also providing the land to the waqf board for Kabristan. It sometimes looks like we are living in an Islamic nation where the government is doing everything for Muslims and ignoring the rights of the original Bhartiya Civilization. It looks like the government is helping Waqf Board with bureaucrats to convert India into an Islamic nation.
In the recent case of encroachment of Chandrashekhar Aazad Park, a petition filed by Hari Shankar Jain. And after hearing of this petition, the order has been issued by the Allahabad High Court (Prayagraj High Court) to remove all the encroachments or illegal religious constructions like Masjid, Mazar, and Graveyards constructed on the land of Chandrashekhar Aazad Park. Court has also remarked is local authority is sleeping? They are only interested in salaries.
To stop the Waqf Board encroachments, we need to search our area. If you find any illegal construction in your society please report it to local authorities like Nagar Nigam or Police. If they are not listening you take the help of any nationalistic lawyer and file PIL and share the report with us. We will amplify your voice. The problem is Waqf Board acts are working like Muslim Sharia Law which is targeting Hindus property and Temples property.
There is a need to disband minority ministry and commission completely from the center and state governments. There is a need to set up a commission to verify the properties encroached by Waqf Board and to take back all the properties which were encroached illegally by the Waqf board. Government should decide the criteria or percentage for minority status. Now, Muslims are no more minorities in India. So, the government should stop all the funds and schemes which they are biasedly distributing to the Muslims instead of real minorities like Sikh, Jain, Bodh, Parsis.
