NCERT promoting Child Labour in Class 1st Hindi Textbook Rimjhim

NCERT is promoting Child Labour in Chapter 3 of Hindi Textbook Rimjhim of Class 1st having Title "Aam Ki Tokri" in which they have shown a 6-year-old girl carrying a basket full of mangoes on her head. And she is not telling the price of her mangoes.

She is inviting veryone and showing her basket full of mangoes to them. She is not calling their names just giving her mangoes to them. And people are saying we are not interested in her name, we are interested in sucking mangoes.

We have got many complaints from the parent's side that the language NCERT is using in this poem is inappropriate.

In small fonts, at the bottom of the page, they have written that the girl is doing acting. This is irresponsible behaviour shown by NCERT. They are promoting Child Labour in bigger fonts and hiding reality in smaller fonts. As we know 1st class children are more interested in images and bigger font writings and they neglect smaller font writings. This behaviour is similar to the investment companies.

We are requesting our Education minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank to remove this poem from NCERT class 1st Hindi Textbook which is promoting child labour.
